We are waking up at 6:20 am today, and I was not prepared… Anyway by the time that we got up to where the hike was it was 8:12 am, and the sun is already heating up everything, and we have to hike another 2 miles just to get to the trailhead, UGH. But for now it is fun and will continue to be fun as long as I have a skip in my step and a smile on my face.
The only part that I am beginning to not like bout the hikes that we’re taking is switch backs, its when your on a steep trail and you can’t just go straight up the trail, because then old people and people with bad backs can’t go up them. Darn those people. But switch backs are when you go back and forth and back and forth to get to the top. And guess how many switch backs Angel’s Landing has??21…21!
21 switch backs, even the people at the park have a name for it, as appose to Angel’s Landing, the official name for these switch backs is called Walters Wiggles. WOW!!
After all this, we had to start packing the camper up to get ready to go to Bryce. I can’t wait, I mea I love the hikes we’ve been on here but I’m kinda ready to mave to our next spot! See you tomorrow.
